When to go to the notary?
The acts and contracts that are subject of intervention and services provided by the notary are diverse and cut across several areas, among them: Inheritance (make wills, affidavits of intestate heirs or accept an inheritance); Family (establish a tutor, marriage contracts, or the settlement of a community property); those relating to own assets (purchases, donations, fire condominium declarations of new construction work and divisions in horizontal property, loans, mortgages or pledges); and Companies (incorporation of companies, capital, purchase of stocks and shares and corporate varied documentation).
In the DOCUMENTS section you can find the basic information requested by a notary for the drafting of the most common notarial acts.
